In 2022, SmartOrder Limited successfully secured the Overseas Expansion Support Fund – BUD. After joining the company, I concentrated my efforts on assisting its brand, HEPA King, in penetrating the Japanese market through partnerships with local YouTubers. By collaboratively advertising its products, I implemented a strategy designed to heighten brand awareness and broaden its reach. Our collaboration with YouTubers in the automotive sector enabled us to convey the appeal of our products to a wider audience, effectively extending our reach into new customer segments

The following are some YouTubers who introduced HEPA King’s products. Each YouTuber actually used the products and created and posted review videos.
Translation
- Translate the official website from Chinese to Japanese.
- Handle product inquires from Japanese customers.

Manage Official SNS Account, Launching SNS Giveaway Events and Online Ad Campaign
UI / UX Optimization
To reduce the abandon rate, every step should be tested thoroughly and carefully, from searching for products until the completion of checkout. I collaborated with the IT department to enhance the website purchase experience, such as updating the database with all brands of Japanese limited-edition vehicles from the 1980s to the most current models, and optimizing the checkout process, in order to make Japanese customers feel comfortable purchasing the products.

A brand’s reputation relies on the quality of service. My motto is to always consider the customer’s perspective and treat them with the same level of importance as I would treat myself. After resolving an issue, I often receive positive responses from customers expressing their satisfaction and gratitude.
